We're Jackson and Kaylie. We're based in Wenatchee and buy houses across Washington, and when you call the number on this page, one of us answers.

Tenacity Home Buyers is a trade name of Fresh Start Home Buyer LLC, our registered company, so that's the name you'll see on our contracts and in state records.

In 2024 we took the leap and started this business, and we haven't looked back. Since then we've transformed a lot of houses, and we've helped a lot of people find their way out of rough situations.

We named the business Tenacity Home Buyers because we don't give up on people. Once we start helping someone, we keep at it until the job is done.

Kaylie is our design team: she plans how each house will look when it's finished.

Our whole purpose is connecting with people. What sets us apart from other companies that buy houses is that we listen first. We want to hear your story, and then we work out a solution that fits it, even when that solution is a little out of the box. And we'll help you whether or not we end up buying your house.

How to check out any cash home buyer in Central Washington

Including us. Plenty of companies advertise here that have never set foot in the county. Six things to do before you sign with anyone.

Look them up with the state

Every company doing business here should be registered with Washington State. Search the company with the Secretary of State; if it uses a trade name, the Department of Revenue's business lookup shows which company it belongs to. Both are free. Do it for us too.

Ask who is actually buying

Some buyers purchase the house themselves. Others sign a contract and then sell that contract to another buyer. Neither is wrong, but read what the contract says about it before you sign.

Insist on a title company

A legitimate sale closes at a licensed title or escrow company, which holds the money and records the deed. Never hand over a deed, or accept payment, any other way.

Never pay anything up front

You shouldn't be charged a fee to get an offer, to 'process' the sale, or for anything else before closing.

Read what lets them walk away

Look for an inspection period or other condition that lets the buyer cancel or lower the price later. Ask how long it runs and what happens to the earnest money.

Take your time

A real offer will still be there tomorrow, so be wary of anyone pushing you to sign the same day. Show the contract to an attorney or an agent if you like.
